Deputy Project Manager/Coordinator
• Monitoring and controlling of project schedule to meet the given timeline.
• Controlling of daily, weekly and monthly project progress to senior management, clients and consultants.
• Reviewing of Engineering plans, specifications, project schedules, designs, circuit diagrams, and estimates for construction projects.
• Preparation of bidding document for the proposed projects.
• Erection and Stringing hardware estimation and installation
• Managing the documentation on progress, issues, solutions, inspections, change orders, construction changes, meetings, drawings, products, and other items that reflect the progress or lack thereof on projects.
• Assists the senior project manager with the development and management of the project budget.
• Tracks and submits invoices, purchase orders, financial commitments, exposures, and obligations for the project.
• Performs all duties and takes on other responsibilities as required for the successful completion of the project.
• Correspondence and attend meetings with Consultants like NESPAK, BARQAAB and also with NTDC
• Inspection of procured material like tower erection material, conductor, shield wire and their delivery to site stores as per demand with scope of work.
• Testing and Inspection of Control and Relay Panel as per IEEE and WAPDA standard.
• Preparation of bidding documents of proposed projects.
• Management and control of all site activities along with procurement of material for the timely completion of projects.
• Reviewing of official orders and draft letters
Assistant Project Coordinator
• Preparation of structure lists of transmission lines with the help of Plan/Profile drawings.
• Preparation of Railway Crossing Plan for the 132& 500kV Transmission Lines
• Official work regarding, drafting and document controlling and some basic preparation for the higher level.
• Preparation of Drawings and approval from employer and clients.
• Design review of construction drawings under supervision.
• Served as Environmental and Social Monitor on different projects
• Preparation Stringing Layout and Schemes for stringing of OPGW (Optical power Ground wire) for Transmission Lines
• Equipment erection with their steel structures i.e. Circuit Breaker, Disconnecting Switches, Current Transformer and Power Transformer under supervision
